Custom built for views of the Red Rocks from 10 of the 11 charming guestrooms, Canyon Villa is an inspiring, restful, and scenic get-away catering primarily to individuals and romantic couples. Rates range from $159 to $349 depending upon the room chosen and the season.
All Guestrooms are individually decorated and include free WI-FI, personal Air-Conditioning & Heating controls as well as completely private bathrooms. Canyon Villa offers the modern conveniences of a small luxury hotel within the charming decor and privacy of a classic owner-occupied Sedona Bed and Breakfast Inn.

Our swimming pool is seasonally heated with energy saving solar panels. Located WITHIN our compound it is maintained for the sole use of guests of Canyon Villa and not shared with any other lodging facility.
Groups are generally restricted to smaller
ones needing no more than 3 or 4 of the Inn's total 11 guestrooms.
Likewise, in order to preserve the unique & restful environment for all guests
of Canyon Villa, we do not book weddings and group events.
NOTE: Canyon Villa has NO HIDDEN CHARGES and NO SERVICE FEES such as those tacked on by many hotels and resorts during the booking process. Also, because Canyon Villa is scenically located just beyond city corporation limits, room taxes are limited to State/County Tax of just 6.325%. There are NO City Sales or Bed Taxes at Canyon Villa.
