around Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock and picnicked
by the pool afterwards.

Sunset Views from a Canyon Villa Guestroom
Custom built for views of the Red Rocks from 10 of the 11 charming guestrooms, Canyon Villa is an inspiring, restful, and scenic get-away catering primarily to individuals and romantic couples. Mature children are accepted only over age 11. Rates range from $191 to $349 depending upon the room chosen and the season. Off-Season rates currently reflect a 20% Discount to all guests.
Canyon Villa is a purpose built single structure building with ALL
Guestrooms located within the same premises. Likewise, since our beautiful pool is located on premises in our main courtyard, it is immediately accessible to all guests 24/7. Our layout is designed so that guests of all rooms can easily and securely access our pool without needing to leave the protected boundaries of our premises.
AAA, AARP, and Military currently receive a 5% Discount every day of the year including peak season, Holidays, and weekends.
All Guestrooms are individually decorated and include free WI-FI, personal Air-Conditioning & Heating thermostats as well as completely private bathrooms. Canyon Villa offers the modern conveniences of a small luxury hotel within the charming decor and privacy of a classic owner-occupied Sedona Bed and Breakfast Inn.
Our beautiful salt-water glass-tile swimming pool is solar heated and generally available May thru October. The temperature of our pool water depends upon daily sunlight and overall temperatures.
Groups are generally restricted to smaller
ones needing no more than 3 or 4 of the Inn's total 11 guestrooms.
Likewise, in order to preserve the unique & restful environment for all guests
of Canyon Villa, we do not book weddings and group events.
For the comfort of all guests, Smoking and Pets are strictly prohibited throughout Canyon Villa premises. This includes all guest rooms, guestroom patios and decks, and all common areas, both inside and out including the pool courtyard, flower gardens, and outdoor fireplace area.
Canyon Villa is generally not equiped to accomodate the needs of younger children. We can only accept families with children if the children are very mature and at least age 11.
IMPORTANT SAVINGS:
Canyon Villa has NO HIDDEN CHARGES and NO SERVICE FEES such as those tacked on by many hotels and resorts during the booking process or on your day of departure.
City Sales and Bed Taxes do not apply at Canyon Villa. This is because Canyon Villa was intentionally built in the breathtaking Bell Rock/Courthouse Butte area of Sedona just beyond city corporation limits. This scenic and convenient location allows for a tax savings of 50%, or apprx $40 per reservation based on an average length of stay. Canyon Villa guests pay only State and County taxes of 7.325%.
