DAILY ROOM FARE:
Rates shown throughout our website assume two people per room. For single occupancies, the rate is reduced $10 nightly. The rate for an acceptable older child or any third person in a room (where permitted) is $25 additional per night with a double occupancy.
STATE AND COUNTY TAXES: Limited to 7.325% in our area
Due to our restfull and scenic location by Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte, taxes at Canyon Villa are limited to State & County Tax ONLY !! This results in an automatic savings to our guests since City Taxes (an added 6%) do NOT APPLY at Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast Inn of Sedona.
RATE CHANGES:
Rates and Seasonal adjustments are subject to change at any time with the exception of confirmed reservations for which the appropriate deposit has been made.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS PER ROOM:
Canyon Villa Guest rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests per room. However, limited accommodations for 3 are available in Claret Cup, Gold Poppy, Ocotillo, and Manzanita. In these cases, 3rd person bedding is comprised of small pull-out sleeper sofa/chairs. There is a 3rd Person Extra Nightly Charge of $25.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIRMENTS:
Depending upon occupancy, a two-night minimum may be required for weekends from time to time. Likewise, a three-night minimum during holidays and special events may be required.
BREAKFAST and APPETIZERS:
Rates include a full, home-cooked gourmet breakfast, served from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m in our beautiful dining room. Late afternoon appetizers are served from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. for guests only. Fresh baked cookies are available each evening in the dining room.
