Common Areas in our Bed and Breakfast

Canyon Villa makes guests feel right at home, with a spacious living room, with stunning views of the Red Rocks morning, noon, and even at night. This spacious living room in our cozy Bed and Breakfast Inn  is a great place for guests to relax by themselves or to visit  with new friends after a full day of fun and adventure! 

The adjacent and comfortable library is also available to guests 24/7.  It is generously stocked with over 1,000 books all the way from novels to coffee table pictoral volumes..  The library shelves also contain in excess of 100 popular DVD movies for free and unlimited use by our guests.  All Guestroom TV's have a DVD player.  

Our guest computer with a 10 MB speed Cable connection with Suddenlink  is available for all guests to use in the library along with a printer and free paper.  Use of our Fax Machine is also an option, if needed.  In addition, guests using a laptop. ipad, Kindle, or Nook may choose to access the internet from any place on the premises including guestrooms through our free in-house wireless network.  Our multiple antennas provide access from all guest rooms, common areas, inside as well as out.   Unlike many larger commercial hotels, we do not charge for these extras at our Sedona B&B. 

Guests enjoy a gourmet breakfast each morning served anytime between 8 and 9 AM with early morning fresh coffee available on the dining room counter. While private seating is often available upon request, most guests enjoy sharing the table with other guests from as close as Flagstaff and as far away as Australia.   Since Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast Inn was custom built as a B&B and not converted from an older home, immediate seating is available for all guests, even if all 22 guests show up at the same time.

Our daily pre-fix breakfast includes fresh coffee or tea, a choice of two juices, a prepared fruit dish, our signature home baked Cinnamon Rolls, and a delicious hot entree.  Special dietary requests at our Sedona BB are always honored as long as we know in advance.
